THE Great Northern Hotel in South Grafton was pumping on Thursday night.

Melodic rockabilly band Bears With Guns headlined the show, surprising the audience with a set that was a little heavier than expected.

The boys made the trip all the way from Parkes in central NSW and were keen to promote their recently launched EP and Single Taken For A Fool.

They were supported by local acts Clocks and Dice and Glenn A Dunkling.

Clocks and Dice maintained their reputation as solid live performers with a varied set that ranged from reggae to freeform jazz.
