Car theft prompts "lock-up" reminder

Police have reminded motorists to lock their cars after a 4WD was stolen from Lilypool Rd, South Grafton overnight on Wednesday.

The car, a white 1998 Holden Jackaroo, registration number BP96DW, has still not been recovered.

"The common denominator in many recent car thefts is that they are not secured," said Inspector Murray Gillett.
