Woakes to face Australia

WARWICKSHIRE seamer Chris Woakes has been added to the England squad ahead of the third ODI against Australia in Birmingham tonight.

Surrey pacemen Jade Dernbach, who played in the six-wicket win at the Oval on Monday that gave England a 2-0 lead in the five-match series, and Stuart Meaker were given compassionate leave as they will be at the funeral of their former county teammate Tom Maynard in Wales.

Dernbach has also been ruled out the rest of the series with a side strain.

The Australian team will be announced just prior to the match.
