MEMBERS of the Jacaranda Festival committee will be out in force in the near future, knocking on businesses doors to encourage staff to dress up for Jacaranda Thursday.
Jacaranda Festival manager Libby Pigg said that just because there would be no markets in Prince Street it did not mean that Prince Street would not be the centre of the day.
“We want people dancing in the street, enjoying the spring weather and having a great time,” she said.
“We would really like Prince Street, Shoppingworld and South Grafton to all be involved in Jacaranda Thursday.”
