UPDATE 3.11pm- THE Bureau of Meteorology has cancelled a severe weather warning for flash flooding for people in the Northern Rivers forecast district.
A broad low pressure trough extends from southwestern Queensland into northeastern New South Wales and a slow-moving upper level trough lies over the north of the state.

For 24h till 9am Thursday Bellingen has received 211 mm of rain, Woolgoolga 208 mm, Dorrigo 141 mm, Couchy Hill 137mm and Naminbah 141 mm.
