As a RPAS Support Facilitator with us, you will get to actively support people through addictions rehabilitation and relapse prevention utilising a client-led and negotiated action plan.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in community services, or approved equivalent qualifications in welfare/psychology/social work
Demonstrated experience working in a recovery orientated mental health environment
Ability to liaise with a broad and diverse range of people including AOD treatment agencies and government and non-government organisations.
Proven experience in undertaking complex negotiations, resolving conflict, building partnerships and addressing resistance.
Computer literacy in MS Office
Current and valid manual Driver's Licence with an ability to undertake regular travel around the Northern Rivers region
