ACCUSED members of Coffs Harbour's Lone Wolf bikie chapter are expected to fight serious charges linking them to the region's organised crime network.
Alleged sergeant at arms Michael Why and associates James Fletcher, Nathan Ryan, Saia Militoni and Wade Hallgath were back before the Coffs Local Court on Tuesday charged over the violent father's day home invasion which left a Cook Dr man with critical head injuries.
The case was adjourned until August 27.
Their co-accused, Paul Pincham, is expected to front a committal hearing on December 11.
Why, Fletcher, Ryan, Militoni and six others - alleged club president Neville Luck, Jason Shipman, Bowen Hedges, Daniel Ylias, Dean Allgood and William Ballard were expected to be committed for trial in Sydney last Friday to fight allegations of participating in a criminal group.
The ten were among 19 arrested by detectives from Strike Force Oriental, a police operation targeting organised crime in Coffs Harbour from 2011-12.
They will return to the Sydney District Court on October 18.
