LJ Hooker sinks claws back into Grafton market

LJ Hooker has returned to the real estate scene in Grafton.

Paul and Barb Tobias, who own LJ Hooker franchises in Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga, Urunga and Nambucca Heads, are excited about expanding their business into the Clarence Valley.

"When one of the previous LJ Hooker owners decided to retire and close their business, the opportunity for us to secure the franchise and build on its good name was a no-brainer," Paul said.

"With hugely successful offices in Nambucca heads, Urunga, Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga and now Grafton, we truly have the coast covered and now the Clarence Valley too."

Barb will take the position of licensee in charge at the Grafton office at 60a Prince Street.

"LJ Hooker has been a respected and honoured name in Grafton for the past 30-plus years." She said.

Paul and Barb pride themselves on being "hands on" owners who employ local staff, spend locally and are licensed real estate and stock and station agents, plus they have diplomas in real estate and business.
