Allard helping team entries flood in for Yamba Triathlon

ENTRIES are flooding in for this year's Yamba Triathlon and triathlete Regan Allard is doing what she can to make it bigger.

There have already been people reluctant to enter this year's event based on the fact they can't complete one of the legs.

But the Personal Progression owner has gone out of her way to link the competitors so they can compete in the team events.

Allard is using her company's Facebook page to facilitate requests, with some already taking advantage.

"I'm just trying to get as many people involved as possible," Allard said.

"If they want a rider, runner or swimmer for the teams, they can get in contact with me and I'll put them in touch.

"Most of the people are comfortable doing the running and riding but need a swimmer."

The Yamba Triathlon will be held in the Clarence Valley's coastal haven on September 6. You can enter here.
