A triple kindy treat

THREE serves of double trouble hit South Grafton Public School this week with three sets of twins starting kindergarten at the school.
Charlie and Rio Gardoll, Nichole and Daniel Meredith, and Taleha and Zac Boyle were six of the 87 students in the four kindergarten classes at South Grafton Infants.
"When I grow up I want to use the play equipment," Rio Gardoll said of his future ambition, pointing to the slides and jungle gyms that he is too small for at the moment.
All sets of twins are boy and girl, and most said they weren't scared about starting school, apart from tiny Taleha Boyle, who hid behind community liaison officer Karen Cleaver.
In stark contrast, her extroverted brother Zac smiled as he ran enthusiastically up and down the wooden stairs of his classroom.
"I can't remember a time where we had three sets of twins," kindergarten teacher Deb Holbrook said.
"When they start they are always excited and nervous; a few feel really overwhelmed, it takes a few days before we get to know them and there are always a lot of lovely personalities."
