Feast for the senses

By JULIA ILES

PHOTOGRAPHER Wolfram Borgis will entertain audiences with stunning slides of European locations at the the multicultural Festival of the Five Senses on May 28.

The one-day festival will be staged at Market Square in Grafton and will feature a wide variety of workshops and presentations, all of which are free.

"I am a German migrant who over the years developed a great love for photography and use mainly medium format cameras," Mr Borgis said.

"My contribution to the Festival of the Five Senses will cater to the sense of vision by showing images of beautiful places in Germany."

He will run two sessions from the CWA building, the first from 1-1.30pm and the second from 4.30-5pm.

"One side of my ancestry goes back to Bohemia in the Czech Republic, so during my second slide show I will present stunning pictures from the Bohemian countryside and will end with one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Prague."

The festival starts at 10am and continues until 5pm.
