Jim goes back-to-back

FOR the second year running, Grafton real estate salesman Jim Burgess, pictured, has topped the sales figures for Elders in northern New South Wales and Queensland.

He was presented with an award recognising the feat at the annual regional convention of the Elders Group at the Hilton Hotel in Brisbane last weekend.

Mr Burgess said he was thrilled with the result.

"It is the first time it has happened (winning two in a row)," he said. "In Queensland they sell bigger properties ? I have just been selling a lot more of them."
