Mundine Green bout delay



SYDNEY. ? The long awaited super middleweight bout between Danny Green and Anthony Mundine is believed to have been deferred for a month.

While no official announcement has yet been made by either camp, it is understood the April 19 fight is now likely to be moved to May 17.

Tickets went on sale last month for the fight at Sydney's Aussie Stadium.

The bout is expected to be an eliminator for the Word Boxing Association (WBA) super middleweight title.

Mundine, 30, a former WBA champion, has a record of 25 wins (20 KOs) and three losses.

Green, 33, a former World Boxing Council (WBC) interim champion, has a record of 21 wins (19 KOs) and two losses.
