IF Josh Hourigan's luck continues his friends may be watching him wrestle on TV.

The 18-year-old wrestling enthusiast won tickets to Chicago's WWE WrestleMania through a competition run by Pay TV provider Austar but his ultimate wish is to be in the ring.

"If I had the opportunity I would definitely take it, I am a big fan and watch it all the time," he said.

"Sometimes me, my brother or friends get out into the backyard and try some of the moves."

The competition was won with the help of his mother Fran, who entered by sending a text message with Josh's name and phone number on it. The winner was selected randomly.

Josh and his wrestling partner brother James are flying out to the United States on March 31, 2006.

"I've never been overseas before so this will be an amazing opportunity, I plan to buy a lot of wrestling merchandise when I get over there," he said.

His trip includes five nights accommodation at the Wyndham Hotel O'Hare, $1000 (AUD) spending money, tickets to the WWE WrestleMania event on April 2 and the WWE Raw Event on April 3 at the Allstate Arena.

Josh will celebrate his birthday on April 6 in the US, and when he's not immersed in a wrestling related activity, he studies information technology at TAFE.
