Armed robbery information appeal

POLICE are appealing to the public for information following a spate of armed robberies at Coffs Harbour.

In the most recent of what police believe may possibly be three related armed hold ups, two men entered a Bray Street Supermarket, threatened staff and got away with cash at 8.15pm on Friday, February 18.

In another recent incident, a man threatened staff of a Harbour Dr insurance agency with a gun, before getting away with cash about 4.20 pm on February 3.

On Tuesday January 25, a Park Beach Road supermarket employee was held at gunpoint by an alleged offender before he got away with cash at about 6.55 pm.

Police have images of a Caucasian man they believe to be 20 to 25 year-old, about 180cm to 185 cm tall with a medium build and light coloured hair they wish to question in relation to the robberies.
