Awards for Coutts club players

COUTTS Crossing's CRCA season officially wrapped up on Sunday with the club's presentation awards.

The club's under-10 junior side joined the senior teams at the Coutts Tavern for the event, with Brad Chard, Luke Cox and Paul Ensby among the winners.

The Premier League side reached the preliminary final of the Night Cricket competition, while the Third Grade All Stars finished as minor premiers and grand finalists.

Third Grade Old Boys were knocked out at the Preliminary Final stage while the under-10s enjoyed a solid season on the pitch.

In the major awards, Chard claimed the CRCA representative player of the year gong, and Craig Pereira's hat-trick against Easts Green also earned a trophy.

Cox was the most improved and Ann Chard and Linda Quelch were the Club Person of the Year recipients.
