Barista brews up big plan

MACLEAN's coffee connoisseurs Botero are breaking out with their very own stall at Splendour in the Grass.

Botero barista Bonnie Duyker said her team was going all guns blazing and hoped to serve festival goers the boutique coffee experience.

Ms Duyker said they would serve their own Botero organic blends, espressos, pour over coffees, cold brews, cold drips and stock pot chais to name a few.

"We've been building our stall for the last fortnight," Ms Duyker said.

"We're already making coffee for all the tradies.

"Our intention is to go big and knock 'em out of the park with our great coffee.

"We've never done anything so big and coffee is our gig.

"We have big days ahead with not much sleep, but we've got heaps of coffee."
