Blues have set up camp in Coffs Harbour

THE NSW Blues have been welcomed into Coffs Harbour with a rousing reception.

The team flew into the city last night just hours after Blues coach Laurie Daley named in his side in Sydney.

Daley vowed the new-look side featuring the Bulldogs halves pairing of Trent Hodkinson and Josh Reynolds and debutante Daniel Tupou can make history and break Queensland's eight year State of Origin domination.

The Blues have set up camp at Novotel Pacific Bay ahead of the first of two matches in Brisbane.

The team will pose for an official photo shoot this afternoon as the players get down to business with five days of training sessions at the resort.

An open training clinic for young league players will be staged at Ce.x stadium tomorrow from 4pm.
