Coffs Harbour brothel manager victim of armed robbery

POLICE are investigating an armed robbery outside a brothel in Coffs Harbour.

About 11.30pm on Sunday, the manager of a brothel on Orlando St was preparing to leave the premises in his car when he was approached by two men.

The men allegedly threatened the 61-year-old before running from the scene with an amount of cash.

The 61-year-old man received a small graze to his head during the incident.

Police arrived a short time later and conducted an extensive patrol of the area, but the men could not be found.

A crime scene was established and investigated by specialist forensic officers.

Police are hoping to speak with two men who may be able to assist with inquiries.

Both men area described as wearing dark clothing with hooded jumpers over their heads and balaclavas covering their faces.
