ACTIONCOACH is bringing its chief executive, highly experienced businessman and educator Ben Fewtrell, to the Quality Inn in Grafton to share the strategies he uses to build businesses.
Ben is presenting a free workshop that will help local business owners increase profit, control cashflow and manage their expenses.
Having won ActionCOACH Firm of the Year for 2011, 2012 and 2013, Mr Fewtrell knows the business of business.
Recognising the importance of local knowledge, ActionCOACH has one of Grafton's leading business coaches, Adam Sydenham, to build the ActionCOACH Clarence Valley firm.
Having built his own real estate business to huge success over the past eight years, Adam knows what it takes to make a business work in regional NSW and is using this experience to help his clients revolutionise their businesses and attract more clients.
Mr Fewtrell said business owners struggled to understand and manage their finances.
"By teaching business owners how to monitor and manage their profit and loss statement and balance sheet on a regular basis, they gain more control over their business," he said.
"We help you drive your company forward and steer it in the right direction. In my experience, I have found that you can't manage what you don't measure."
Mr Fewtrell entertains as well as educates and says local business owners should ensure that the ProfitMAX workshop is in their diary and they have their tickets reserved.
The workshop will provide business owners with new and fresh ideas to help them grow their business and improve their financial position.
The free workshop is on September 4.
