Mini League carnival at South Grafton

Clubs from the northern and southern clusters of the group were represented as teams in the youngest three age divisions met unfamiliar opposition with each playing multiple matches throughout the day.

South Grafton Junior Rugby League secretary Erin Gallagher said it was a successful day in South Grafton.

"We had teams come from near, far and wide with teams from Kyogle, Marist Brothers, Ballina and our local teams as well," Gallagher said.

"We have worked out that we have approximately 240 players in total playing in Under-7s, 8s and 9s."
