Classic Ford Bros

WITH more than 20 years' experience on the live music scene (many of them in the legendary band Mudcrab Boogie), Tony "Crinkle" Ford and Darren Ford, aka the Ford Brothers, are a musical force to be reckoned with.

With Darren taking charge of the guitar and vocals and Crinkle playing stand-up drums, congas, harmonica and didgeridoo, the sky is the limit for what they can put together during their shows.

Expect to hear to an eclectic mix of songs from artists like Ben Harper, Thirsty Merc, Coldplay, Scissor Sisters, Ryan Adams, Pearl Jam, Oasis, Eric Clapton, Elvis, Crowded House, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, the Beautiful Girls and many more.

They also throw in a selection of classic blues and rock 'n' roll tracks for good measure.

The Ford Brothers are no strangers to touring either; they often leave Australian shores for gigs in the USA and the South Pacific and have also played private functions for Russell Crowe and have been the backing band for Troy Cassar-Daley.

Catch the Ford Brothers at the Yamba Shores Tavern tomorrow night.
