Are You Lower Clarence's Miss Relay?

Guys frock up for worthy cause

AS PART of the festivities at the Lower Clarence Relay For Life next month, the organisers are looking to crown a "Miss Relay 2015" for the charity event.

The contestants will be judged on their fancy outfits, style and on-stage etiquette and are calling for any guys within teams to put their best leg forward.

Wait, guys?

Teams coordinator Wendy Smith said she had heard that many guys were dressing up as women, and so "this is their opportunity to do it in public and possibly win a prize".

Team captains are asked to find male representatives from with the teams and contact the Relay committee with the name and stage name of their entrant.

It is encouraged to accentuate their best features with "tasteful make-up" and, of course, a smashing outfit. "We're looking for the guys to have fun and provide some entertainment later in the night," Mrs Smith said.

To register an entrant, phone Abby Wallace on 6639 1308 or Deb Scifleet on 0402 616 712.
