Comedy on wheels set to pull into Saraton Theatre

ROLL up, roll up, the greatest comedy circus will be in town tomorrow night with five fresh faces on stage at Grafton's Saraton Theatre as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow.

These five are fast becoming the new breed of comedians wooing comedy clubs and fringe festivals around the country.

From the woman they say is as talented as Tim Minchin, Gillian Cosgriff, to one of our leading indigenous comedians in Andy Saunders, Venezuelan-born Adelaidian Ivan Aristeguieta, who took out the state's Comedian of the Year Award in 2014, NOVA-FM's funnyman Nath Valvo and the comedian's comedian, Geraldine Hickey, this year's line-up is set to push your humour boundaries like never before.

The show runs for more than two hours with an intermission to regain your composure. Tickets are just $38 and $35, which equates to just over $7 a comedian. That's some basement bargain laughs up for grabs.

Don't miss the Melbourne International Comedy Festival tomorrow night (June 26) at Grafton's Saraton Theatre. Tickets on sale at theatre or online.
