Couple of lizards put Goodbar on top of the table

THE March Copmanhurst Rest Point Hotel Social Fishing Club weigh-in saw the following winners:

Open Ocean: Chris Goodbar with two flathead caught of Woody Head, the biggest one weighing in at 0.318kg.

Up River: Michael Cummins with a catch of forktails totalling 1.880kg to easily beat his Dad Greg.

Junior winner: Andrew Cummins with a forktail total of 296g. Andrew is currently our only junior, so some competition would be greatly welcomed.

Regular angler Mal enjoyed the scenery at both Minnie Water and Rogan's Bridge without getting one decent fish to weigh in. Good to have Todd back in the club - he too had no success in getting a keeper though he did manage to save a bird that needed rescuing.
