Deal done but not yet dusted for Nymboida landmark

THE sale of a Nymboida landmark should be completed in the next four weeks.

A spokesman for Gilchrist Business Brokers, which is handling the sale of the Nymboida Coaching Station Inn, said contracts had been exchanged, but it was too early to say it was confirmed.

"All I'm prepared to say is it's looking optimistic at the moment. But it will be another four weeks before I can say for sure the sale's gone through," he said.

Staff at the Coaching Station said they believed the buyers were an unnamed Queensland couple.

It is believed one of the new owners could be coming to take a look at the property later this week.
