Eliminating stress, naturally
THE Grafton School of Yoga will be buzzing with positive energy this morning as Clare Chapman and Loni Wilson pass on their knowledge of yoga and bush flower essences in a free workshop.
Both women say the use of their techniques can help eliminate stress and help you relax.
Clare has been prescribing Australian Bush Flower Essences for six years and has been teaching the ways of the remedies in Grafton and Coffs for three.
“There are specific blends I can make for a variety of issues. The big ones though are stress and emergency blends. I also personalise every blend I create and prescribe,” she said.
Loni, on the other hand, not only increases flexibility with her Satyananda yoga, but also aims to help her pupils fully connect their mind, body and soul.
“People really have to learn to be in the moment. Yoga is sometimes something that is perceived as being all about strength, but the way I teach it, it is not, it is accessible by everyone.”
