Ever dreamed of being Queen? Here’s your chance

IT'S hard to believe it's that time of the year again, but nominations for 2016 Jacaranda Queen candidates are now open.

According to Grafton Jacaranda Festival Inc, eligible Jacaranda Queen candidates shall be aged between 18 and 29 by the date of the Queen Crowning ceremony, which will be held this year on October 29.

Candidates must have been a resident of the Clarence Valley for a minimum of 12 months prior to the closing date of nominations.

Nomination forms are available from the Grafton Jacaranda Festival website until nominations close at 4pm Friday May 13.
