EXCHANGE Track Services has bolstered its place among Australia's fastest growing companies - and the company's managing director says there's no sign of slowing down.

ETS, which rebuilds and supplies undercarriages to the mining industry, was again named in the BRW Fast 100 list, moving from 77 in 2012 to 63 this year.

The Fast 100 lists the fastest growing Australian companies each year, and ETS managing director Kelly Maskill, who started the business in 2005 as a diesel fitter, said the Toowoomba company's introduction of its own brand of undercarriage had stimulated growth.

"The mining sector has got more focused on saving, so we can give them a product as good as what they were buying, but at a saving.

"We'd expect (our growth) to continue at this rate for the next two to three years, I would say."

Office manager Kim Maskill said ETS' place on the list was a reflection of what she had seen happen on the ground.

"We think what we're doing is fairly special and our growth - even 18 months ago, we were working from half a shed, and within that time we've now got three premises within Toowoomba," she said.

"So we know that we're doing something right."
