Extension to racing bonus scheme

A RECORD level of nominations has seen Racing NSW's Breeder Owner Bonus Scheme (BOBS) extend its closing date until Monday.

The postponement of the closing date is a consequence of the record number of entries, and allows more owners to participate in "Australia's most successful bonus scheme".

Racing NSW's BOBS began operating in 2002, with almost $8million paid out in cash bonuses in the 2011-12 racing season, another $2million in Double-Up vouchers.

BOBS is the most successful bonus scheme in Australia, offering extra prize money to winning owners at every meeting and at every racetrack in NSW (except Group of Listed races).

Eligible are two-year-olds, which have been sired by NSW resident stallion nominated for BOBS in the breeding season of 2010 with a full list available on the Racing NSW website.
