'Famous' twins plan to always stick together

SOME twins go their separate ways when they finish high school but at 18, Ivy and Vicki McCabe have no plans of splitting up.

The Yamba twins are inseparable and want it no other way.

They do everything together, including dressing the same.

Ivy's explanation for wearing the same clothes as her sister was simple.

“We just do,” she laughed.

Mother Margaret McCabe said her daughters are 'famous twins' because she gave birth to them in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.

But that wasn't all.

Margaret didn't know she was carrying twins and got quite a surprise when she delivered two babies, instead of one.

As they walked through Yamba yesterday, Ivy and Vicki held Barbie dolls in one hand and each others hand in the other.

The girls are very shy and use the dolls to communicate with other people. If you see them give them a smile.
