Focus on your school days

SCHOOL DAYS: What did you classroom or school look like? Share a photo of them or a class photo in our Your Story online section.
SCHOOL DAYS: What did you classroom or school look like? Share a photo of them or a class photo in our Your Story online section.

DO YOU have a photo of you or your classroom from when you were at school?

The Daily Examiner would love to see it.

We're calling on our readers to share photos of their school days as part of our Your Story online feature.

And with our $5000 Classroom Makeover promotion in full swing, now is the perfect time.

Your Story is all about readers sharing tales from their lives with other readers so dig out your favourite photo from your school days and tell us what your classroom was like.

You can also share your favourite school tale - it might be your best homework excuse or your finest (or most forgettable) academic or sporting moment.

Go to Your Story under the Local Life tab at the top of this page and post your photos and stories - with the chance to see them on this website online and in print in the coming days.

And remember, there is just one day to go until registrations close for our Classroom Makeover. Just imagine what your children's class could do with $5000, courtesy of Staples.

All you need to do is register your school on our website and collect tokens from the pages of The Daily Examiner.

The school with the most tokens wins. Tokens will appear in the paper every day until Monday, March 16.

Be sure to register your school on this website by 5pm Friday and start collecting your tokens inside The Daily Examiner today!
