Free computer training for library members

MEMBERS of Clarence Regional Libraries will now be able to access online computer training for free.

Access is available by using your library card from home PC or at a computer at your local library.

The online computer training courses include Office 2007, Windows 7 and Vista, Internet, email and social networks including Facebook, blog sites and Twitter.

The Introductory computer training lessons assist those people new to computers to more easily understand the new technology.

The training lessons concerning Facebook, blogs and Twitter allow users to understand these popular applications and increase their use of the internet as a social network.

Mayor Richie Williamson said the online training databases were another great way for the Clarence community to access training in the digital age.

To access the training visit www.crl.nsw.gov.au.
