GRAFTON Ghosts have claimed the Group 2 minor premiership with a record 96-6 win over South Grafton Rebels on Sunday.

The Ghosts were never headed as they wrote history, with fullback Mitch Lollback scoring four tries to take his season tally to 44.

Lollback's mark is a new club and Group 2 record for tries scored in a season, made all the more remarkable given there were only 14 games this season.

In NRRRL, Lower Clarence Magpies were beaten convincingly by Ballina Seagulls 80-24, a marked improvement on their last meeting which ended in a 100-10 demolition.
