Gillwinga students make splash

GILLWINGA students enjoyed perfect conditions last week at Woolgoolga main beach for the second day and final day of surf school.

Everyone really enjoyed the opportunity to further refine the skills they developed during the first session and all students demonstrated some great progress.

Admittedly some may have been a little more graceful than others.

"The best thing about surf school was the great coaches that we had," said Elisa from year. 6

Gillwinga students would like to thank the coaches from Solitary Islands Surf School for their understanding and patience on both days.
