Grafton Ghosts win NRRRL title

THE Grafton Ghosts have taken out the NRRRL title with a hard-fought 10-6 win over minor premiers the Murwillumbah Mustangs.

The Ghosts led 6-0 at half-time, and extended the lead to 10 points early in the second half.

However a try to Murwillumbah ... brought the game back to 10-6 with twenty minutes to go.

Both sides had men sent to the sin-bin for fighting in a firey second half.

Earlier in the day, the under 18's also made it back to back titles with a last minute try sealing the premiership for them 10-6 over Ballina.
