Grafton Scouts get hands dirty for Clean Up Australia
GRAFTON Scout Group rolled up their sleeves and did their bit for Clean Up Australia Day at Corcoran Park on Saturday.
The group finished with a haul of six bags of rubbish and one fishing knife, with a scout and a cub doing an archaeological dig to retrieve a glass bottle as well.
It was a great effort in hot conditions by the small team, along with their scout group leaders and parents who helped.
The efforts earned them plenty of praise from people who saw them at work.
