Missing teenager found overnight by police

LACHLAN has been found.

Police have thanked the public and media after finding the teenager "safe and well" about 9pm on Thursday

 

EARLIER:

POLICE need your help to find Lachlan Jack Hillard, 14, a boy reported missing from Bribie Island.

Lachlan was last seen at an address in Bellara on Wednesday afternoon.

The teenager suffers from a medical condition, prompting concerns about his welfare.

Police describe Lachlan as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall with a proportionate build, brown eyes and short brown hair. 

Lachlan was last seen wearing a grey jumper with the words "motif" on the front, black tracksuit pants, green Nike t-shirt and Nike free runner shoes.
