Heat’s rising on under-fire Hart

ALL eyes will be on England goalkeeper Joe Hart tonight as Manchester City looks to get back to its winning ways in the English Premier League.

Hart has been under pressure after last week's defeat by Aston Villa with more mistakes costing goals in the 3-1 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

The custodian has had the backing of England boss Roy Hodgson ahead of next week's crucial World Cup qualifiers against Poland and Montenegro, but City manager Manuel Pellegrini must decide whether to persevere with his No.1 or give an EPL debut to Costel Pantilimon.

Unbeaten Everton can join Arsenal at the top if it wins and Liverpool loses at home to Crystal Palace.

That seems unlikely with Luis Suarez in good form on his return alongside Daniel Sturridge and a win for the Reds would put them clear at the top until Arsenal plays tomorrow.

In other games, Cardiff City hosts Newcastle, while struggling Fulham entertains Stoke City, Aston Villa travels to Hull City, while Sunderland will be hoping Manchester United's form slump continues when it hosts the title holder.
