Help find the sheep in Yamba shops

TO spread the spirit of Christmas, families from Yamba Uniting Church's "Messy Church” have got together with Yamba businesses to create four Christmas dioramas for business windows in the CBD.

There's only one problem - they've lost their sheep!

The church is hoping to enlist the help of local children to help them round up the flock inside six shops and write down their names for the shepherds.

Beginning at First National Real Estate in Coldstream Street and following a map, children pick up an entry form and follow the trail along Coldstream Street and Yamba Street to find the six sheep in shops.

Along the way, they will also see the four Christmas scenes in shop windows and the children also answer a question about each scene.

The trail ends back at the start, where children can leave their entries with the first correct entry drawn for a boy and a girl winning a prize.

Parents are requested to accompany young children and for the children to cross the road at marked crossings.

The competition ends tomorrow and the winners will be contacted by phone or email.
