Date to be set for death inquest

A CORONER'S Court hearing in Maclean Court today will work towards setting a date for an inquest into the death of Lynette Jane Daley.

A spokeswoman from Maclean Court said the hearing was a mention to organise witnesses and a date for a full inquest into the death of Ms Daley on Ten Mile Beach, north of Iluka, on January 26 or 27, 2011.

Two men were charged with manslaughter and accessory to manslaughter charges in April 2011, but the Department of Public Prosecutions dropped the charges in March 2012.

The body of the 33-year-old mother of seven was found in dunes at the beach on January 27, 2011.
