Get arty in the Clarence

REGIONAL Arts NSW has announced that applications are now open for its annual Country Arts Support Program (CASP) fund, offering small grants up to $3000 to support local arts projects.

CASP provides small grants to arts and community organisations and local arts councils in regional NSW for short term, locally initiated community and cultural development projects.

Coverage includes arts activities as part of a community festival or event, artists-in residence programs, public art and design projects, professional performances, and more.

Grants are available once a year, with applications considered late February and successful applicants advised in March.

Each year CASP funds around seven to 10 projects in the Northern Rivers region. If you have a project to put forward for funding, download the guidelines and application pack from the Regional Arts NSW website at www.regionalartsnsw.com.au/grants/casp.html or contact Arts Northern Rivers on 02 6628 8120.
