Luke ready to pull something out of hat against Raiders

RABBITOHS hooker Issac Luke has given his season a blunt assessment ahead of tonight's clash against the Raiders in Canberra.

It should be an ominous warning for the hosts after the Kiwis representative returned to his best against the Eels in South Sydney's 32-12 win 10 days ago.

Luke (pictured) put in a huge effort against the Eels, producing 174m with the ball and making a team-high 33 tackles.

The jack-in-the-box No.9 also broke four tackles.

"It's been up and down," Luke said about his season so far. "I haven't been able to push out that 80 (minutes) - obviously struggle with fitness - but I've gotten back to how things were before I injured myself."

Raiders coach Ricky Stuart said his team would take a lot of confidence out of his team's 30-18 win over South Sydney in round four. The clash between Raiders fullback Anthony Milford and Rabbitohs opposite number Greg Inglis will be one of the highlights.
