REAL Madrid will take on Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.

Juventus and Monaco will contest the other semi-final in the final four.

The semi-final ties will be played May 2-3 and 9-10, with the final taking place in Cardiff on June 3.

Diego Simeone's Champions League dream with Atletico has been crushed by their city counterparts in the 2014 and 2016 finals, but this presents them with another chance to exact revenge.

Real edged Bayern Munich and Atletico passed Leicester to make the final four, while Juventus got there past Barcelona in impressive fashion, not conceding over 180 minutes. Monaco are in scintillating form in Ligue 1, and outplayed Borussia Dortmund.

In the Europa League, Ajax will play Lyon and Celta Vigo meet Manchester United.
