Malcolm Naden charged with murder

FORMER fugitive Malcolm Naden has been charged with the murder of his niece Lateesha Nolan.

The additional charge was laid against the 38-year-old when he appeared via video link in a Sydney Court this morning over the murder of Kristy Scholes and a string of assault and break-in offences.

Ms Nolan was reported missing in January 2005.

Her body has never been found. Naden will front court again on October 16.
