Michelle loves Valley life

MICHELLE Wightman moved to the Valley with her family to be closer to her parents and sister about five years ago and they haven't looked back.

They now live out at Whitemans Creek on a small property with chooks and some sheep.

She has three kids, a nine-year-old who goes to Copmanhurst Public School, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old, who both go to South Grafton High School.

“I am forever running around after the kids,” she said with a smile.

That isn't a surprise with all three of her children embracing the sporting lifestyle of the Valley.

“My youngest plays cricket and swims, my 14-year-old rows and my eldest is a keen fisherman.

“But the husband takes care of the early morning runs into town for the rowing,” Michelle said with a sigh of relief.

In between chasing after her kids, Michelle also works at the Colorado shop in Grafton Shoppingworld.
