Miller in tears after tumble during floor routine in Rio

MORANBAH gymnast Larrissa Miller was in tears after her performance at the Rio Olympics.

Miller gave a stellar performance up until the last moment of her floor routine.

She fell meaning she finished with a score of 12.733.

"Any time something like this happens it's really disappointing, I've been training for four years for this moment," Miller told AAP.

"I really went for it, I guess I can be proud that I went for the full difficulty, even if I didn't get it, I left everything out there.

"That's why it's so upsetting, I know I have potential to be in finals if I hit the routine - that's the really hard part."
