Mitch tunes up for Christmas

CLARENCE teen, Mitchell Forbes, said that the opportunities in the Valley were endless, and he’d be taking advantage of them during his summer holiday.

On his lunch break from a TAFE auto-electrical course last week, Mitch told the Examiner that he had finished school and was seeking further education through TAFE.

Having an interest in cars pushed him to apply for the course, and as a result, he plans to spend much of his summer holidays completing his training.

He plans to keep his travel localised and stay within the area, spending time with family and friends.

“Other than that, swimming at Copmanhurst and hanging with mates will be about it,” Mitch said.

With his birthday less than a week before Christmas, Mitch is looking forward to the festive season more than most.

But he wouldn’t let on what was on his Christmas/birthday wish list.
