Murder trial set to begin in Grafton this week

PRE-trial submissions and tendering of evidence for a Supreme Court murder trial have begun in Grafton.

Coffs Harbour man Donald Neil Gordon is charged with one count of murder over the death of a man at Barilyulgil in November 2013.

The trial is expected to run for a period of four weeks and will be presided over by Supreme Court judge Justice Stephen Campbell.
