NiE - Safety for Kids

It's a fact - dozens of children are injured each year. We know this but we still see kids doing unsafe things which end in accidents.

Parents, teachers, police officers, community groups and governments are all responsible for enforcing safety rules, to ensure children grow and manage the risks involved in everyday life.

If you look at the community where you live, many different organizations put in time and effort to provide safety measures such as educational events, displays, competitions, signs, television and advertising campaigns for you guys to use and learn from because they want you to be safe.

Remember your actions, no matter how insignificant you may think they are, can affect everyone and may cause an accident. Following simple rules can reduce the risk of someone being badly injured or even killed.

Be responsible, be safe and have fun.
